At Beaurit Naturals, we take great care to ensure that every bottle of our Rosemary Pure Coconut Hair Oil is freshly packed, sealed, and delivered in perfect condition.

Due to the hygienic nature of our personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

No Returns or Exchanges

All purchases made on beaurit.in are final.

As our products are personal care and hygiene items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Allergic reactions or individual sensitivity

  • Dissatisfaction with results

  • Products that have been opened or used

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

We encourage customers to read the product description, ingredients, and usage instructions carefully before making a purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged or leaking product

  • A defective product

  • A product different from what you ordered

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, kindly provide:

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

After verification, if the issue is found to be genuine, we may offer a replacement or refund, at our sole discretion.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • The order is cancelled before dispatch.

  • A verified damaged, defective, or incorrect product cannot be replaced.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
