• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• During festive seasons, promotional sales, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Timeline

We currently ship across India.

Estimated delivery times are:

• Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

• Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days

• Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location, courier partner, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

• Any promotional offers for free shipping will be clearly mentioned on the website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and/or SMS containing your tracking details, where available.

Delivery

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact number provided during checkout are accurate.

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or incorrect contact details, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with reliable courier partners, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated delivery period, please contact us and we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery:

• Take clear photos of the package before opening it.

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Include your Order ID and photographs of the package and product.

Verified cases of products damaged during transit will be eligible for a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

International Shipping

At present, Beaurit Naturals ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
